If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will do our best to accommodate your return. We ask that you return items to us in their original condition.
RETURN PROCESSING
Return your items within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: Banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
Items returned 30 to 90 days after date of purchase can be exchanged or a gift card will be issued in the amount of your refund.
Custom & personalized items, sale merchandise and flat paper are not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:
We offer three methods

1. Fedex return service label - Paper Source has teamed up with FedEx® to make your return easier. Inside your box, please find our preprinted return service label. Simply affix the label to the package you are returning and drop it off at any FedEx Kinko’sSM location or a FedEx Authorized ShipCenter®. To find a drop-off location near you or to track your return package, please go to FedEx.com or call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339). The cost of return shipping is $6 and will be deducted from your refund or credit.
