do-it-yourself invitation

stylestools needed:

ruler | straight edge | & razor knife or paper cutter | adhesive | bone folder | scissors

components
print & cut invitation

Print your invitation, two per 8.5" x 11 " sheet (A). (It may take a few trys to achieve a layout you like - do a few test runs.) Using a razor knife and straight edge or paper cutter cut to 4 3/8" x 6 13/32".

adhere layers
Apply adhesive to the back of your 4 7/8" x 6 7/8" invitation. (see reverse side for more information on adhesives). Carefully center onto flat card, allowing a 1/4" border on all sides (B). Run a bone folder lightly over your invitation to force out air bubbles.

assembling enclosure
Fold decorative sash around to the back of the enclosure (C). The sash will stay in place on the enclosure, or it can be adhered to the back of the enclosure for more security.

Cut a 16" length of ribbon. Wrap ribbon around enclosure and tie in a handsome knot on the front (see reverse side for instructions). Trim ribbon ends (D).

style II
Place invitation card into enclosure with text sheet facing the front. Take circle sticker and fold non-stick side in half. Unfold and align fold to top edge of invitation that peeks through enclosure half moon opening. Center the half of the circle sticker in middle of enclosure opening - seal side and fold/seal other side onto back of invitation (E).
