Label Print Templates

Below you'll find print templates in various file formats to help you print at home on our labels. Download the template for your label size and program, then enter your text into the pre-defined text boxes. For our most popular label styles we have provided an easy to customize Adobe Reader PDF template ( free download). You can also download templates for Word, Apple iWork, and InDesign. For more information, see the PDF included with each download. Our file folder labels correspond to Avery 5160 size labels. These templates are meant to be a guide, but may need to be adjusted based on your specific printer. Please note, we do not have print experts within our customer service department. We recommend using an inkjet printer, except with metallic labels (e.g. gold, silver) which work best with a laser printer.
