International Shipping
Your order will take 1-2 business days to be filled, unless otherwise noted. Duties, taxes and
brokerage on all international orders are included in the ship cost. International transit time varies
and ranges from 10-15 business days. Orders that ship to Canada will be shipped via FedEx. Orders shipped to all other countries except for Canada will be shipped through the United States Postal Service and corresponding Postal Service partners in each country. Postal Service shipments often have limited tracking ability.
No expedited shipping options are available for international shipments. Custom and personalized
products are not available for international shipping.

Shipping rates do not apply to bookboard or other heavy items. Shipping for these items will be
calculated on a per order basis. You will be notified via email with a shipping quote for your
approval before your order is shipped. If you order exceeds 15 pounds, we will email an updated
quote for approval.
