Return Address Embosser
With a desk embosser and custom address embosser plate, you can add your return address to envelope flaps. Our address embossers are made for text weight paper, making them great for most of our Paper Source envelopes (not recommended for luxe or shimmer envelopes). Please note, this is just a sample image and does not reflect the design or font being ordered.

Desk Embosser

With a desk embosser and custom embosser plates (sold separately), you can emboss a return address onto envelopes and letterhead, or monograms and motifs onto cover weight note cards. Message embosser plates are great for wedding save the dates, menu cards, and thank you cards. When you press down on the desk embosser your custom plate makes an impressions into paper with a technique called blind embossing, which raises an image without color (think Braille). Our embossers are designed to work with text weight paper or cover weight paper.

Types of Embosser Plates
A desk embosser can work with various plates (sold separately): motifs, messages, seals, and return address plates.

Reach
The reach of our desk embosser using a motif (circular) plate is approximately 1 3/4" from the edge of the paper to the middle of the embossment. For return address (rectangular) embosser plates, the reach is approximately 1 13/16".

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on your order subtotal. Custom orders have special shipping rates. For workshops and gift cards ground shipping is free.

Shipping rates apply to orders within the continental United States. Paper Source does not currently ship to international overseas locations. For more information please see our shipping policy

Shipping rates do not apply to bookboard or other heavy items. Shipping for these items will be calculated on a per order basis. You will be notified via email with a shipping quote for your approval before your order is shipped.

Expedited Shipping
2 Day and Standard Overnight orders must be received by 2pm EST to ship out the same day (assuming all items are in stock). Please note: 2 Day and Standard Overnight deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

Saturday delivery is an extra $12 in addition to the Standard Overnight or 2 Day charges. Please call to request Saturday delivery - your request must be confirmed by a Paper Source representative.

Expedited shipping options for custom printing will not decrease production time for order; only transit time will decrease.

Paper Source Gift Packaging
Gift packaging is available for this item for an extra charge. We will pack your gift with care in tissue paper, place into our signature kraft box and wrap with a paper band. After adding your item to the shopping cart you will have the opportunity to add gift packaging during check out. You may also add a gift message, which will be printed on the packing slip for your order.

Please note, we are unable to combine multiple items into one gift box. Gift packaging is not available for all items on our website and is noted when available.
