Yuzen Bunnies on Vintage Gold Fine Paper

Japanese decorative papers reflect the superb craftsmanship, design sensibilities and rich variety of the Edo Period (1630 - 1868). Chiyogami papers are characteristically small dense patterns that were originally wood block prints but are now typically silkscreened.

Our charming bunnies (considered a good omen in Japan) are silkscreened on handmade Japanese paper in cream, pink, red, yellow, vintage gold, and dark gray. Ideally suited for bookbinding because of its strength and glueability, it is also excellent for origami, collage paper crafts, lampshades, card making and of course... baby announcements.
